These Terms govern your use of Dentl and the website at mydentl.com (the "Site"), operated by Hardik Anand. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is an early-stage, informational page for Dentl. It lets you learn about the product, try an interactive demo, download a free resource, join a waitlist, or book an introductory call. Dentl is under development. Joining the waitlist or booking a call does not create a paid contract, and we make no promise that the product will launch, or launch with any particular feature, price, or timeline.
The interactive demo and any content on the Site are illustrative samples generated for demonstration. They are not legal, medical, dental, accounting, tax, financial, or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as such. Do not enter real confidential or sensitive information into the demo.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it in an unauthorized way, scrape it at scale, or use the demo to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
The Site, its content, branding, and design are owned by Hardik Anand or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or demo will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hardik Anand will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or the demo.
We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
