This Privacy Policy explains how Hardik Anand ("we", "us") handles information in connection with Dentl and the website at mydentl.com (the "Site"). Questions: customercare@mydentl.com.

1. What this Site is

Dentl is an early-stage product. This Site is an informational page where you can learn about it, try an interactive demo, download a free resource, join a waitlist, or book an introductory call. It is not the final product and no paid service is offered here.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us — your email address and any details you enter when you join the waitlist, request the free resource, or book a call (for example your name, business name, or role).
• Information you type into the interactive demo or calculator — the text you enter to see a sample AI response, or the numbers you enter into the calculator. Please do not enter real confidential, client, patient, or personally sensitive information into the demo — it is for illustration only (see Section 4).
• Automatically collected — basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics (pages viewed, referring link, approximate region, device type) and, where enabled, anonymized session recordings used to improve the page.

3. How we use it

• To contact you about Dentl, the waitlist, your requested resource, or a call you booked.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
• To operate and secure the Site.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. The interactive demo

When you use the AI demo, the text you enter is sent to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini API) to generate an illustrative response, and is not stored by us beyond what is needed to return that response. The demo output is a sample only and is not professional advice of any kind.

5. Third-party services we use

We rely on the following providers, each with its own privacy policy:

• Tally — forms / waitlist and resource sign-ups
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session replay and heatmaps (uses cookies)
• Calendly — scheduling introductory calls (where offered)
• Google (Gemini API) — generates the interactive demo response

6. Cookies

Our core analytics (Plausible) is cookieless. Microsoft Clarity uses cookies to recognize returning sessions for anonymized replay. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

7. Data retention

We keep waitlist and contact details only as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete them on request.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing customercare@mydentl.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
